Endowment
Over the years, Yad Ezra has learned that our clients need more than just the food we provide. Over time, many individuals have become more exposed, more fragile. Yad Ezra has become a lifeline to our families.
Yad Ezra launched an Endowment Campaign so that we can enhance our services to keep up with the increased needs of our very vulnerable client population. The following endowment programs have been established:
- “Chicken In Every Pot”
- Pogoda Family Hygiene & Healthcare Items Endowment Fund
- Etkin Family Endowment Chanukah Gift Fund
- Michele and Eli Saulson Thanksgiving Endowment Fund
- Seymour D. Finkel Chanukah Fund
There are many opportunities to establish new funds or support existing endowment funds at Yad Ezra.
It is our mission to help alleviate the needs of the hungry in our community. Yad Ezra’s Endowment Campaign will guarantee the support of these programs for as long as it is necessary. With your help, we will be successful in our efforts to not only help those in need, but also to enhance the lives of those less fortunate.

Legacy/Planned Giving
Please consider joining Yad Ezra’s Legacy/Planned Giving Society. A variety of options are available including:

In kind Gifts:
In addition, Yad Ezra accepts gifts of stock, real estate and other assets (without risk).
Policy for in kind Gifts:
It is Yad Ezra’s policy to accept gifts of real estate if, upon analysis, it can be shown that the potential gift may result in financial gain to Yad Ezra and is without risk to the organization.
