Join Meijer Community Rewards
and earn rewards for Yad Ezra
How it works:
- Visit Meijer.com/rewards online or get an application at any Meijer's store. Apply for a Meijer's credit card and join Meijer Community Rewards (on form).
- Shop at Meijer's, use your credit card, earn rewards for qualified purchases*.
- Designate Yad Ezra as recipient of rewards (Code #133002). Yad Ezra will receive a check once rewards reach $100.
*No rewards are paid on the first $100 of purchases. Rewards are limited to $2,000 of monthly purchases per household.
